The Oscar winner actress Halle Berry is currently on a legal battle against Gabriel Aubry over the custody of their 2-and-a-half year old daughter Nahla. This situation is getting pretty nasty allegedly Halle sent Gabriel a email saying "The only thing you were good for was to be a donor". According to the rumors Nahla is very scared of her dad when Gabriel goes to pick her up she cries non stop for her mother.
