David Arquette suffered injuries following a head-on collision in West Hollywood ,"David was driving on Doheny in West Hollywood when he swerved into oncoming traffic to avoid hitting a car that had stopped suddenly in front of him damage were done to the front of Arquette's Cadillac...David says he's "fine" he also tweeted that" Today I was in a car crash accident but luckily I have dragon's blood running through my veins"
