Over the weekend Rapper Rick Ross was allegedly locked up in L.A when cops past by his hotel room and smelled a heavy sent of marijuana...allegedly the cops went into the room and seen a gram of marijuana in plain view and arrested Ross, he was booked but later on released with just a minor misdemeanor.
